Today during intercourse first time ever i experience pain on the left side no other symptoms not pregnant although may be ovulating ..help?

Intercourse: It is not uncommon to feel discomfort when having sexual intercourse for the first time. Some females do have discomfort with ovulation - but if it started during sex it is probably related to sex. One would not be able to determine pregnancy the day of intercourse. If period is missed take a home pregnancy test.
