No guarantees: The highest incidence of conception occurs with interccourse about 1 day prior to ovulation. But many couples never have a pregnancy regardless of their timing of frequency of intercourse. If you don't want to be pregnant and this interccourse was within the past two days, you can use plan b. If you do want to be pregnant, ultrasensitive pregnancy tests can be + in 6-12 days.
