Vesicles: Recurrent papulovesicles on your penis can have multiple causes. It could be herpes simplex or a contact dermatitis or an infection such as impetigo or candidiasis. See your dermatologist for evaluation and treatment. The fluid in the lesions should be cultured for virus, bacteria, and yeast. A skin biopsy of an active lesion might be necessary.
