My iron was at a 37 3 months ago my last check up it was a 14, my doctor says she doesn't know though she was not my primary what should i do?

Two different tests?: It looks like you may have the results from 2 different kinds of tests. i would talk to our primary doctor and have her review the labs

Need more info.: In order to properly interpret this, we need to see the rest of your blood counts. If you have the results available, an easy way would be to do a consult here on health tap and send us a photograph of the lab results.
