Related?: Unlikely the tooth issue and you "kidney" pain are related. If you have right side pain it could be many things including gallbladder, liver, kidney stone or infection, lung problem, appendicitis just to name a few. If it is severe or you are concerned see your doctor. They can also look at your tooth.

Unrelated: I have never heard of or believe there is any relationship between the extraction of a tooth and pain in your abdomen. I guess it's possible for an infection from your tooth to have traveled to one of the organs in your abdomen. You should see a physician asap to be evaluated for your abdominal pain.
