Make appt with obgyn: It is not normal to have a painful lump on your vagina and could be a pustule and infection so you need to have it evaluated by your obgyn. May be related to start of your menses from wearing pads causing skin irritation a pumple type boil or could be related to the hormone changes thatcan increase skin outbreaks. Either way. Epson salts ath soaks and see your doctor.
