Is there a list available for all possible blood tests to catch cancer in early stage?

So we have to rely on self examination of surface body parts like Breasts and skin for any abnormal growth or lumps . Screening tests like mammography, PAP smear and colonoscopy are useful. An annual physical exam for welness is another good way to keep a watch on your body. Any unexplained fever or weight loss are signa
