How much glucophage do u need to take for pcos? and will it instantly start working especially if you are ttc?

You typically need: 500mg taken three times a day --- so a total of 1500mg each day. It can take some time to work -- weeks to few months. It alone, is not sufficient to help you conceive, however. Use of letrazole or clomid will be beneficial to help with ovulatory function.
