Specialist: 4 years is a long time and the chances are pretty low naturally after that time. It may be that ovualtion just needs to be improved with medicine or it may be that the tubes are blocked and the sperm is nor normal. Seeing a specialist would be recommended for anyowho who has tried for more than 1 year.
