Pain: I'm sorry to hear that. Who have you seen to be evaluated as to the cause of your longstanding pain? You need a complete and thorough evaluation by a General Dentist. You may also need to see an Oral Surgeon, Primary Care Physician, and possibly someone who limits their practice to Head and Neck Pain. It might not be a bad idea to go to a teaching hospital or dental school if need be.
