Depends: Does he have symptoms of ptsd is he getting treatment seeing therapist or been on medications. Not everyone who has ptsd had active symptoms . Important if he has sumptoms should get help

Maybe yes/ maybe no: There are many people with post traumatic stress disorder who do not have aggressive or violent behaviors. If your boyfriend becomes agitated & aggressive this could be dangerous. If you feel threatened by or afraid of him - pay attention to these red flags. If there has been any domestic violence then it should be considered potentially dangerous (especially if he has not sought treatment).
