Valve Leak: Mild valve leaks does not necessarily cause trouble Not sure how it was diagnosed but way to investigate it is with Echocardiogram (like ultrasound of the heart) and not with Electrocardiogram (ECG) Check with your doctor is you need further assessment for your condition

Valve leakage: A mild degree of valve leakage (valve "regurgitation" or "insufficiency") is common for the mitral, tricuspid, and pulmonic valves. It is uncommon for the aortic valve. Nevertheless, a mild degree does not require medications. Most causes of mild valve regurgitation in adults do not cause an abnormal ECG, so that would be a separate issue to consider.
