Ekg and echo: You may not see dramatic remodeling of the left ventricle after only 4 months of normal bp, but you could after a year depending upon how long you had uncontrolled hypertension. Trivial valve leaks are common and may also persist but should have no hemodynamic significance. It is worthwhile to consult a pulmonologist to look for causes of pulmonary hypertension.
