Too many options: This could be a result of too many different things. This really nees to work out. I am presuming that if you were having all of these symptoms since you were 3 years old, you were worked up as a child? I would talk to your primary care doctor or a sports med doctor or a rheumatologist.

See below: Your numerous symptoms could be attributed to a myriad of conditions. Without a comprehensive history and physical exam it would be difficult to offer you a diagnosis. The reassuring thing is that your condition is likely not a fatal condition since it has been present since age 3. A dysautonomia is most likely. Tilt table testing can help make diagnosis.
