Likely unrelated: Throwing up in little kids is usually a gut virus or sometimes a food reaction. They often throw up before developing fever and diarrhea from the virus.It lasts a few days & self heals if they stay hydrated. Most kids that age have about 2-3 episodes a year. Nose bleeds are usually due to nasal irritants like dust, perfumes, etc and self heal.Using a nasal saline wash or gel can reduce symptoms
