Nondiagnostic: These symptoms are nonspecific without more history. Does he have bleeding in other sites? How long have symptoms been going on? Is blood coming from only one nostril? Possibilities include viral infection, blood disorder,gastritis. An evaluation by a physician will be needed if symptoms persist.
