I was told i have cellulitis on my groin. i have been on antibiotics for 7 days with no signs of pain or swelling going away.

See a dermatologist: You may have something other than "cellulitis". If fact, most diagnoses of "cellulitis" by physicians who are not skin Drs are not correct diagnoses and fail to respond to antibiotics because they are not infections. You neglected to describe any symptoms or name the antibiotics, so no more can be offered.
