A pain in the butt.: Your first move should be to the local surgery for an exam and evaluation. It would be good to know exactly what you are dealing with and an x-ray is a good tool to start with.

Well with such traum: Such a fall in such a hard and unforgiving floor could have done some damage you should see doctor. Even if the sacrum is fractured at least you would know. But the lower back is also an issue with this kind of trauma. Go get checked out
