I had my tubes tied 6 years ago, i want another child but can not afford the procedure to reverse it. is there anything else i can do to get pregnant?

Yes...however $$$: If your desire is high enough to deal with the cost, a fertility center can stimulate & harvest your eggs, fertilize them with dads sperm and insert one or more in your womb. There are no guarantees it would produce a successful pregnancy but it is getting more successful over time. Some actually start there after a tubal since reversals don't always work either.
