Penile burning: Could be yeast especially in males it may be the first sign of diabetes, could also be non specific urethritis or prostatitis which is common in males, females always have bacteria in the vagina and sometimes it overgrows and mycoplasma/ ureoplasma can cause this, as can E coli which comes from our rectum and can grow in the prostate. Would f/u/ w/ doc/urologist check urine and get treatment
