Your description: applies to a number of skin problems but I would "vote for" FUNGAL cause. Sometimes SPECIFIC TREATMENT and sometimes ORAL ANTI-FUNGALS are indicated! In other words get it checked out as soon as practicable by your PCP who may want to refer you to a Board Certified Dermatologist!!! Hope this helps Dr Z

Can't diagnose with: this info. These lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.
