It can take a while: If the discharge is due to chlamydia, it should be improving soon -- but give it a few more days. If you still have abnormal discharge then, recheck with your doctor and discuss exam and testing for additional infections. It's common to have other problems along with chlamydia, like trichomonas, bacterial vaginosis, etc. Good luck!
