Not sure.: You would probably need to check with your family doc with regards to why you are having all these symptoms. He will evaluate you, ask more detailed questions, form his differential and develop the most appropriate treatment and testing. Have a great day.

See doctor: If you have had a headache for this long especially when it does not respond to aspirin or Tylenol, it is time to see your doctor to find out the cause. The diarrhea is likely not related however but again if it lasts more than 3 days, it should be evaluated as well.
