Warts = HPV: Confusing -- do you mean your son is 40 hours old (born 40 hours ago)? Warts of the vaginal area indeed are caused by human papillomavirus (HPV). But that's certainly not a reason to put your son in isolation; I've never heard of such a thing. Clarify with your doctor, or with the pediatrician who will be taking care of your son.

Confusing: Forty when you delivered ? If you had genital warts, they are likely caused by one of the few strains of HPV that trigger them. There would be no reason to isolate a baby born vaginally while you have them. The baby might develop genital warts up to 2 or so years after birth or have warts appear on their vocal cords, but there is no risk to others that would require isolation.
