Not necessarily...: Depending on the exact genetic make-up of you and your husband, you could actually have a child that was o neg. To have blood type a, your genes could be aa or ao. Likewise, for rh pos, you could be +/+ or +/-. If you and husband are both aa +/+ (= a pos), then all kids will also be this. But if both you and husband ao +/- (also = a pos), kids could be a+, a-, o+ or o-.
