Rash: This could be yeast infection as well w the heat and moisture. I would try an antifungal cream first.

Itchy vulva: My advice is to avoid tight clothing, wear white cotton panties and obtain a cream like mycolog which contains an antifungal,antiyeast medication combined with a cortisone type medication which relieves irritation and itching.Hopefully you won't have to visit a gynecologist.
