Need more info: Need to know what your aim is. If you are underweight and need to normalise your weight then may need to exclude medical reasons why that is happening to sort that out i.e. a doctor consult - plus may need a dietician's input. If you are talking about muscle bulk then may need to consult someone qualified in sports medicine or personal training. Suggest a consult to look at this in more detail

Eat healthy foods: that are high in calories. Eat 6 meals /day. Work on strength training to build large muscle groups. Work out w heavier weights w fewer repetitions. Sleep at least 8 to 9 hrs/night. Hydrate well w water. Foods to help w healthy weight gain: almonds, cashews, pecans, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, walnuts, hummus, Avocadoes, granola, trail mix, dried fruits, extra virgin olive oil &, canola oil.
