Improvement soon.: If you are not feeling better within the next 3 to 4 days, it may be a good idea to get a repeat urinalysis, to be sure that the UTI is resolved. If it is not resolved, it is possible to check sensitivities of the organism that is present to help choose a second antibiotic course. Good luck.
