Leg cramps: Is a difficult condition to treat in my experience. Here is some general information on leg cramps: https://patient.info/health/cramps-in-the-leg You'll need to check with the doctor who ordered but that CK level may be just above the normal range - varies from lab to lab. Workup: My workup would include a check for rhabdomyolysis, inclusion body myositis, myotonic dystrophy, polymyositis, and a few others. Especially, I'm hoping you do not have vasculitis. If this is claudication, the cause is not always atherosclerosis; there are other vascular diseases.
