Workup: My workup would include a check for rhabdomyolysis, inclusion body myositis, myotonic dystrophy, polymyositis, and a few others. Especially, I'm hoping you do not have vasculitis. If this is claudication, the cause is not always atherosclerosis; there are other vascular diseases.
