Cuts crusting at ear: Do you have ear rings? May be allergic reaction to ear ring material , in non gold ear rings it is often nickel . or may be infection , but could also be eczema or psoriasis which may respond to topical steroids ( infections will get worse with topical steroids) . f/u/ w/ dermatologist.
