Not Ur Gallbladder: Gb pain (biliary colic) is localized to the upper abdomen, either on the right side or midline. In fact, we don't recommend surgery for "silent" gallstones. Left lower abdominal pain can be due to many different causes like irritable bowel, ovarian cysts, bladder/kidney problems, etc. If it persists, it is best to see your primary care doctor. Take care!

May not be gallstone: Gallstones rarely cause pain in the left lower side of the abdomen. Only after seeing your physician or gastroenterologist will you be able to determine what your pain is from.
