Hmmm....: To eat, drink, or put in the eyes? Vinegars are mild acids. Wouldn't use it unless one's ophthalmologist recommended using it. Generally, a person should ask, "for what scientifically proven health benefit would somebody want to use a particular type of vinegar?" Vinegar is good for pickling foods, and making foods taste more special, but vinegar is not necessary for normal health.
