No & No. DON'T DO: THIS! While castor oil is edible and can be used cautiously on the skin, it should never be put directly in the eyes. Ditto with other edible substances including apple cider vinegar. If the pterygium causes discomfort or interferes with you field of vision, contact an Ophthalmologist. I know that it can take some time to see an eye doctor (MD or DO) but don't be tempted to self treat.
