I am prone to bad headaches (or headaches in general) and migraines and the happen more often than i would like to them, anyway to prevent them?

Could be anything: Headaches could be due to simple migraines, tension headaches or other serious causes like tumours. It is difficult to say without more information and examination. In short you need to see a Dr who will take a history and perform an examination, if needed you will be referred for a CT scan.
