Grey bump on foot: The flesh bumps may be skin tags which are mostly cosmetic or may be early lichen planus(benign) . The grey bump needs evaluation -may be fungus , lichen planus https://www.aad.org/public/diseases/rashes/lichen-planus#treatment , seborrheic keratosis , eczema or mole that needs to be removed F/u/ w/ dermatology
