Blood in stool: You are having blood in the stool from lower and upper parts of the gastrointestinal tract. The black stool means the blood is coming from further up, the red means from lower down. I recommend you have this looked at and blood work done to see how much blood you are losing. If you feel faint, dizzy, weak, please go to the ER for an evaluation.
