Zithromax: I would not take an antibiotic unless i knew what i was treating. It sounds like you need to actually go in to see a doctor. Not all sore throats and coughs need antibiotics, but some with chest pain and fever might. Zithromax is also not the first-line treatment for some of the common illnesses we face, but it's popular, many people ask for it, and many doctors are in the habit of prescribing it.
