Elbow pain: You need to be followed by a family physician/internist to assess your condition. The fact your arm is swollen and you cannot move without it being painful, advises you towards seeking an evaluation and possibly an xray. Have a swell day.

Cold Pack See Dr: Hi MHolt Ouch being hit with a utensil and getting a swollen arm from your brother is a bummer.Make sure you are in a safe environment. Try to keep it in a position it does not hurt. Use an ice pack on it. If worse after that go to Urgent care or doctors office. Feel better Dr Lori Lange
