Not sure : Possibly knocked out during the syringing? Maybe ask the person who did it if they have your earring?

Hearing or Ear-ring?: Not sure where you ear ring would be but if it is you hearing you could have a perforated tympanic membrane? Not much to do about it as it will heal but you doctor can take a look
