Sodium intake: Since you have high bp, it is very important you control your sodium intake. If you can stick to 600 mg daily, that is excellent. Use other means to impart flavor and taste to your food- like lemons, herbs etc. Try to eat home made food so you can control the ingredients. An, as always exercise regularly, control weight and follow up with your physician.
