Biopsy?: First, the diagnosis of DLE would require more then a positive RNP. Obviously, the appearance of a DLE could lead to the diagnosis. A skin biopsy can be confirmatory. Topical steroids, oral steroids, and at times steroid injections into lesions can be helpful. Again, my first suggestion is to make sure the diagnosis is correct. Good luck
