I was dx w/ herpangina. my question is 2 fold.ive had herpangina 10 years ago (i'm 47yo) can i get it again? & purple/blk spots next to uvula normal?

Yes: you can get it again. The Herpes virus can/may cause a recurrence if/when your stressed and immune system is being overworked. The spots should resolve on their own as the infection is cleared.
