Scabies treatment: The main thing is to confirm the diagnosis. If itching alone without visible rash, probably it isn't scabies (even if that's how it started). If you have not been reexamined in the past couple of months, see your doctor now. If you have done that, consider asking for a second opinion. Scabies will eventually respond to appropriate treatment, usually permethrin cream or ivermectin orally.

Get prescription med: Get the medication. Usually you put rub it all over your body at night and wash it off in the morning in the shower. Was and heat-dry all your clothing and bedding. Get your pets and other household members treated as well. Best wishes!
