Don't pop it: This probably means that something was resting on your lip during the procedure and you were unaware because you were asleep. Most likely it was a mouth guard that is typically used - to make sure you don't bite down on the scope. If you can avoid it, I wouldn't pop it. This may open it up and risk infection.
