You should have been: feeling a lot better by now. You may be developing an abscess or other complication. Reevaluation would be important if the treatment is not being clinically effective. See your health care provider for this.

Does kidney infection always have fever. ? I am on bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) for UTI for 2 weeks. Still having some urgency pain and now have periodic back pain.
