See doctor ASAP: Sudden onset of testicular pain with "hard" epididymis suggests possible torsion. If that's the problem, it's an emergency; surgery maybe required to save the testicle. Alternatively, maybe epididymitis, usually due to gonorrhea or chlamydia. Levofloxacin is OK for chlamydia but not gonorrhea. Discuss with the doctor treating you.
