Yeast infection?: One of the most common causes of an itchy, clumpy vaginal discharge is a yeast infection. This can be treated with non-prescription anti-yeast creams such as Monostat. Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) such as Trichomoniasis, Gonorrhea or Chlamydia can also give you a bad discharge.
