I got hit in the jaw a week ago and for the past 3 days my jaw, chin, teeth, and some of my left check has gone numb what would be the reason?

Not unusal: Could just be from swelling but you could have a fracture and have some nerve damage. Depends on where you were hit. Concerning things include if you cannot open or close your mouth, teeth do not fit together as the did prior to the blow.

Possible fracture: your symptoms suggest possible nerve damage or a fracture irritating the nerve. I would see an oral surgeon for xrays and an evaluation
