Lots of things!: You really need to see a doctor for this, straightprid. You could have bad reflux disease, which is when acid from your stomach comes up your esophagus causing pain and nausea. You could have an ulcer. But you could also have something more serious like cancer of the esophagus. Your doctor might try medicine or refer you to a GI specialist. Please take care of yourself and get checked out!
