Urethritis: Assuming you have had sex (including oral sex), any urethral discharge almost always means an STD: you have gonorrhea or nongonococcal urethritis (NGU). Chlamydia causes about one third of NGU cases. NGU or chlamydia is most likely; gonorrhea usually causes painful urination as well as discharge. If no sex, maybe semen leakage. Either way, see a doctor ASAP. Good luck.
